Episode #2 - Menopause Demystified 

This is a recording of a popular masterclass that I recorded last year.  It answers the most common questions around the changes that happen to women as they move through their menopause transition.  It includes:
- the different stages of the menopause transition
- the key hormonal shifts that occur at this time of life
- other things that you need to be aware because it isn't always menopause
- the common symptoms that are often associated with the menopause transition
- the next steps

Episode #3 - Why Diets Don't Work 

One of the most common symptom that women experience during their menopause transition is the dreaded "meno-belly" or weight that appears and won't shift despite you not changing what you eat or the type of exercise that you do.  This type of weight gain can be frustrating because there is no obvious cause for it. I have so many women who ask me what the best diet is for this type of weight gain and the simply answer is - diets don't work in the long term for this type of weight.  You need something that supports your health as you age and that is sustainable.  Have a listen to learn more.

Episode #4 - The Role of Your Genes 

The majority of women don't realise the important role that their genes play in how they will experience their menopause transition.  Have you noticed that some women will put on weight in menopause whilst others don't?  This is due to their genetic blueprint.  But genes are not the entire story, your food and lifestyle choices determine whether or not specific genes are activated or not.  Have a listen to learn more.

Episode #5 - Hair Loss in Menopause 

Hair is often described as a woman's "crowning glory" so when they start to lose large amounts during the menopause transition it can cause a lot of distress. In this episode I discuss the role of hormones in your hair health and some of the steps you can take to improve your hair growth.

Episode #6 - Sleep in Menopause 

Getting a good night's sleep is one of the key things that is required to thrive in menopause but what do you do when sleep simply doesn't come?  Whilst hormonal shifts can interrupt your sleep patterns there are many other factors that need to be considered.  When you can master your sleep you will find that many of your symptoms will start to reduce and you might even notice some of that meno-belly starts to disappear.
